Our role ensures that Livingstone’s leadership can focus on education, while we safeguard their facilities and future.

In Belize, Maverick brings our project management expertise as Developers, to enhance tourism and strengthen local infrastructure. We manage everything from coordinating local architects and agencies to overseeing complete residential buildouts. Each project balances modern amenities with cultural authenticity, building spaces that attract global visitors while supporting community growth.

A full modernization of a 90,000 SF, 9-story residence hall, including ADA-compliant elevator upgrades, new mechanical and electrical systems, window and door replacements, redesigned common areas, and the installation of an emergency generator. The project was delivered on time and within budget, ensuring improved safety, comfort, and functionality for student living.
