Unlike general contractors, we do not self-perform construction — our role is to protect your interests and simplify the process.

  • General contractors build, and architects design. We bridge the two, representing your priorities at every step. Our focus is on alignment, accountability, and protection of your capital dollars — ensuring the design intent and construction execution match your goals. HOWEVER, we do have licensed architects and licensed General Contractors (GCs) on our team if those services are needed.

  • We have experience across a broad range of project types: senior living facilities, higher education buildings, K–12 schools, campus housing, churches, hospitality, and community-focused developments. Our process adapts to projects of different sizes and complexities while keeping the owner’s priorities at the center.

  • The earlier the better. Ideally, we are engaged during initial planning and feasibility, which allows us to help shape scope, budget, and schedule. However, we also step in midstream to help stabilize projects already in motion or to manage specific phases.

  • Our fees are generally based on a percentage of construction costs or structured as fixed monthly retainers, depending on project scope. This ensures our incentives are aligned with protecting your capital investment. We’ll provide a transparent proposal after the initial consultation.

  • We manage bidding transparency, track budgets against progress, and hold contractors accountable. We also negotiate credits, identify cost savings, and ensure contracts reflect your interests. By being your single point of accountability, we save you time and reduce exposure to risk.

  • We integrate seamlessly with your existing team — architect, contractor, consultants — while also helping identify qualified vendors if needed. Our role is to unify the team under your vision, not replace them.
